Can Smash handle both gala design and AV production?
Yes. We connect the creative direction, event environment, screen content and technical production. The proposal defines the design work, content deliverables, equipment, crew and rehearsals included.
Do you work alongside our fundraiser planner?
Yes. Smash collaborates with your planner, venue and internal team. We agree responsibility for the creative work, program, production, approvals and schedule so the different teams can work from one plan.
Can you coordinate awards, videos and live speakers?
Yes. We coordinate microphones, music, videos, recognition graphics and lighting with the run of show. Rehearsal timing and cue responsibilities are agreed with your planner and program team.
