One program. In the room and beyond.

Smash Productions provides live streaming, multi-camera event recording and screen content for conferences, meetings and live programs.

The idea and the delivery, connected.

A remote audience needs more than a camera pointed at the stage. We plan camera coverage, presentation feeds, audio routing and the program sequence together, with recording deliverables and streaming responsibilities agreed in advance.

01

Camera coverage and IMAG

Plan camera positions and coverage around the room, speakers and program. Coordinate image magnification for in-room screens where it is part of the scope.

02

Audio and presentation feeds

Connect microphones, playback and presentation content to the recording and stream. Agree signal routing and test the complete path during preparation.

03

Streaming preparation

Coordinate the destination platform, access requirements, venue connectivity and a rehearsal or test. Discuss contingency options against the event’s requirements and budget.

04

Recordings and content delivery

Define the recordings, edit requirements, formats and delivery schedule. Confirm source assets, approvals and any post-event highlights within the proposal.

Your questions, answered.

Can you stream our conference and record the presentations?

Yes. We plan streaming and multi-camera recording around the program, including camera positions, presentation feeds and audio routing. Recording formats and delivery dates are agreed in the scope.

What internet connection does a live stream need?

Requirements depend on the platform, stream format and production plan. We coordinate with the venue to verify suitable connectivity and test the delivery path. A specific bandwidth figure should follow the actual streaming requirements.

Will we receive edited videos after the event?

Edited videos or highlights can be included when specified in the proposal. We agree the recordings, edits, review rounds, source material and delivery schedule before the event.
