A clear message. A connected production.

Smash Productions plans and produces conferences, general sessions and corporate events, combining creative direction, content and AV production in DC, Maryland, NYC and nationwide.

The idea and the delivery, connected.

Keynotes, leadership messages and panel conversations need a production that makes the content easy to follow. We coordinate the room, the screens and the program, from discovery through rehearsal and the live show.

01

A coherent conference experience

Connect the conference theme, presentation content, stage environment and transitions. Plan general sessions and breakout requirements around the actual program.

02

Presenter and screen planning

Coordinate presentation formats, playback, camera feeds and image magnification. Build a content schedule so speakers and production teams know what is due and when.

03

Technical production and show direction

Plan sound reinforcement, wireless microphones, lighting, staging, crew communications and cue coordination with venue requirements and the production schedule.

04

A stronger next conference

For recurring programs, document the agreed standards, production decisions and post-event improvements. Confirm future scope and availability as the calendar develops.

Your questions, answered.

Do you provide conference AV in Washington DC and Maryland?

Yes. Smash serves conferences in Washington, DC and Maryland, as well as New York City and nationwide. Share the venue, dates, room count, audience size and program so we can define the production scope.

Can you coordinate keynotes and breakout sessions?

We plan general-session and breakout requirements as part of the agreed scope, including presentation formats, room needs, crew and schedules. The proposal identifies the rooms and services covered.

Can you support the same annual conference each year?

Yes. We can carry brand standards, production files and debrief decisions into future events. Each engagement confirms responsibilities, deliverables, dates, staffing and any support between events.
